The seller is responsible for the goods meeting their requirements, the terms of the contract, for two years after the transfer of the goods to the buyer. During the sale, it is assumed that the manifested deviation from the terms of the agreement within six months after the transfer of the goods to the buyer was already at the time of the transfer of the goods, if such an assumption does not conflict with the nature of the goods.
Warranty terms are included as an appendix to each product that has a warranty.
The manufacturer is not responsible:
a.) For a damaged product due to the buyer.
b.) For damage / defects caused by improper use of the product.
c.) For damage / defects caused by incorrect performance of the product maintenance specified in the operating instructions. The fact that the product does not meet the product requirements must be reported to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +46843737558
In the event that the product does not meet the requirements, the buyer has the right to replace the product that meets the product's requirements without defects or to refuse the order and return the product to the store. Return cost will be deducted from the amount we have to give you back.
The amount paid for the returned goods, together with transport costs, is returned to the buyer to his bank account within 7-14 days from receipt of the goods back to the warehouse. If it is found that the product does not meet the requirements, the buyer is obliged to inform about this immediately within two months. The buyer's claims will not be met if the buyer has used the product and after discovering a defect.
